About the Opportunity
Civil Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Staff Accountant to join our growing accounting team. This role is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career accounting professional who is looking to build a strong foundation in accounting while learning the specialized financial processes used in a civil engineering and construction-focused environment. Prior accounting experience through work, internships, school projects, or entry-level roles is helpful, but we understand that much of what we do is specialized and can be learned over time. The right person will be curious, organized, dependable, and excited to learn project-based accounting, billing, job costing, and the financial processes that support civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, construction management, and public works projects.
The Entry-Level Staff Accountant will support day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, billing support, data entry, documentation, and month-end support. This person will work closely with the accounting team and other departments to help maintain accurate financial records, learn project accounting processes, and contribute to process improvements as the company continues to grow.
