About the Opportunity

We are looking for ambitious, proactive, and growth-oriented individuals to join our team as Business Development & Sales Interns for a 3-month remote internship program. This internship offers hands-on exposure to B2B sales, startup partnerships, AI-driven business solutions, and professional client communication within a fast-growing international company.

As a Business Development Intern, you will play a key role in expanding our business network, generating leads, building strategic partnerships, and connecting potential clients with our AI workforce solutions. This role is ideal for candidates who are confident communicators, fluent in English, highly motivated, and comfortable using modern digital tools including ChatGPT and AI-assisted platforms.

This opportunity is especially suitable for students and early-career professionals looking to gain practical experience in sales, business development, lead generation, startup ecosystems, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Identify and connect with potential clients through LinkedIn, email campaigns, WhatsApp, social media platforms, startup communities, and professional networks.
  • Research prospective businesses, founders, startups, MSMEs, HR professionals, and decision-makers across various industries.
  • Execute lead-generation strategies using platforms such as LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook Groups, online directories, and startup ecosystems.

Business Development & Partnerships

  • Build and maintain relationships with B2B distributors, referral partners, incubators, accelerators, co-working spaces, and business communities.
  • Present and explain the company’s AI workforce solutions and service offerings to potential clients and partners.
  • Support partnership acquisition initiatives and contribute to expanding the company’s professional network.

Sales Communication & Client Engagement

  • Conduct professional follow-up calls, meetings, and client interactions.
  • Respond to client inquiries, provide relevant information, and assist in nurturing long-term business relationships.
  • Maintain consistent communication with leads to improve engagement and conversion opportunities.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Maintain accurate daily records of leads, outreach activities, calls, meetings, responses, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to improve outreach quality, communication strategies, and conversion performance.
  • Achieve daily and weekly outreach targets with professionalism, accountability, and consistency.
